On October 30-31, 2020, Garden Abbot Namchag Khen Rinpoche and Drupon Lama Karma performed the Averting Ritual associated with Tara practice (Tib.Drolma Yuldok) along with some teachings related to it. The averting ritual took place at the Garden of One Thousand Buddhas inside the Peace Pavilion. This was the first practice performed at the Pavilion, and the first time that a Tara averting ritual ceremony was performed at an Ewam Center in the United States.
